Fluoride mouth rinses are especially beneficial for high-risk patients who are more susceptible to dental caries and other oral health issues. High-risk patients typically include those with a history of frequent cavities, dry mouth, reduced saliva production, or existing conditions that make them more prone to tooth decay.
